This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Engage with new clients, leveraging your distinct skills, expertise, and strengths to secure sales.
• Create systems and processes for efficient identification, qualification, and management of prospects.
• Close deals with new shippers effectively.
• Establish and expand a portfolio of business.
• Implement strategies through prospect engagement, proposal formulation, presentations, diligent follow-up, and account management.
• Collaborate with transportation brokers to enhance load volumes from new clients via ongoing sales meetings and strategy discussions.
• Maintain company standards by adhering to the principles of Customer, Company, and Office.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Background in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to be a team player.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Driven, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer and technology applications.
