This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete sourcing, development, and finalization of sales for a SaaS product.
• Establish strong visibility and credibility within target channels by fostering long-term partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure SaaS agreements with payroll resellers, service bureaus, and various channel partners.
• Conduct research on prospects, ensure the accuracy of CRM data, and create a sales pipeline through targeted activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between channel prospects and Sales Leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in Business Development.
• More than 10 years of sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in selling to or through wholesale or reseller organizations.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM tools).
• Strong skills in pipeline sourcing, prospect research, and closing deals in SaaS B2B settings.
