This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The NSD will function as a senior field leader, tasked with establishing and guiding a high-performing commercial organization across a vast U.S. territory in preparation for Mineralys’ inaugural product launch.
• This position will oversee a team of Regional Sales Directors along with their sales teams, ensuring impeccable launch execution, robust customer engagement, and the attainment of business goals.
• The NSD will serve as a strategic business ally to the VP of Sales and the cross-functional leadership team, contributing to the formulation of launch strategy, field execution plans, talent development, and organizational culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in field sales leadership, including managing leaders, is necessary.
• Previous launch experience is required; experience in first-launch or emerging biotech is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of leading specialty sales organizations and surpassing performance targets is essential.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Robust coaching, talent assessment, and leadership development capabilities are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without direct authority.
• Strong skills in business planning, analytics, and problem-solving are required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area and nationally as required.
