National Major Gifts Officer – Associate Director of Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and nurture a pool of approximately 300 potential donors

• Establish meaningful connections with donors

• Oversee the development of engagement strategies for both donors and prospects

• Collaborate with National and Affiliate staff to pinpoint funding opportunities

• Timely document donor information in the database

• Support the formulation and execution of fundraising strategies

• Dedication to enhancing equity in opportunities and outcomes for children

• Minimum of seven years of proven success in donor-facing fundraising roles

• Proven experience in soliciting and securing gifts of five figures or more

• Capability to engage, influence, and motivate donors

• Strong history of soliciting and obtaining major gifts

• Highly self-driven and proactive

• Experience leveraging data and analytics to guide donor cultivation strategies

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Familiarity with donor management systems, preferably Salesforce
