National Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and deliver compliant educational solutions for a field sales team.

• Act as a representative for Training & Development as well as Brand Strategy in the training initiatives and solutions.

• Establish and maintain relationships and trust with stakeholders across various levels.

• Offer performance coaching and ensure alignment of training strategies with execution.

• Utilize existing Learning & Development platforms and resources within Franchise/Brand training products.

• Deliver honest verbal and written feedback, including strategies for enhancing performance.

• Tailor coaching and training methods according to the skill levels of individual participants.

• Cultivate Rotational Trainers and Guest Trainers through significant class roles and personalized coaching.

• Embed training activities into the business plans of brand teams.

• Function as an expert in product knowledge, disease states, customer skills, and business skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical sector, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical product regulations and standards, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Experience in project management and/or demonstrated capability to manage within a matrixed environment.

• Proven high-performance sales record.

• Strong comprehension of success drivers in a commercial context.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to forge partnerships and align training with business objectives.

• Ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and market drivers into plans that yield competitive advantages.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
