National Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement compliant learning solutions tailored for a field sales team.

• Act as a representative of Training & Development and Brand Strategy within training programs and solutions.

• Cultivate relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across various management levels.

• Deliver performance coaching along with honest verbal and written feedback.

• Tailor coaching and training methodologies to fit the individual skill levels of participants.

• Mentor Rotational Trainers and Guest Trainers by providing meaningful roles in classes and personalized coaching.

• Align training activities with the business plans, strategies, and priorities of the brand team.

• Utilize knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, priorities, customer skills, and business acumen.

• Enhance performance learning and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical sector, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Experience in project management and/or demonstrated ability to manage within a matrixed organization.

• Proven track record of high performance in sales.

• Strong comprehension of the factors driving success in a commercial environment.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to forge partnerships and synchronize training with business strategy.

• Ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and market drivers into plans that provide a competitive edge.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• Preferred: Experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer.
