National Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement compliant learning solutions tailored for a field sales organization.

• Act as a representative for Training & Development and Brand Strategy within training programs and solutions.

• Foster relationships and collaborations with stakeholders across various management levels.

• Deliver performance coaching along with clear, specific verbal and written feedback.

• Tailor coaching and training methods to align with individual participant skill levels.

• Cultivate Rotational Trainers and Guest Trainers through classroom roles, one-on-one coaching, and feedback.

• Align training activities with the business plans, strategies, and priorities of the brand team.

• Utilize knowledge of stakeholder businesses, market drivers, products, and disease states to enhance organizational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, or a comparable background.

• Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical product regulations and standards, including CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Experience in project management and/or demonstrated capability to operate in a matrixed organization.

• Proven track record of high performance in sales.

• Strong comprehension of the factors contributing to success in a commercial organization.

• Ability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to build partnerships and align training with business strategies.

• Capacity to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and market drivers into plans that yield a competitive edge.

• Preferred qualifications include experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer.
