National Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement compliant learning solutions for a field sales team.

• Assist Brand or Franchise organizations in designing and delivering training solutions.

• Represent Training & Development and Brand Strategy within training programs and solutions.

• Cultivate relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at various levels.

• Offer performance coaching, strategic alignment, and training essentials to enhance participant learning.

• Utilize existing Learning & Development platforms and content to minimize redundant efforts.

• Provide honest verbal and written feedback along with plans for performance enhancement.

• Tailor coaching and training methods to meet the skill levels of individual participants.

• Develop Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers through classroom roles, one-on-one coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Incorporate training activities into the business plans of brand teams.

• Act as an expert in product knowledge, disease states, customer skills, and business skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, or equivalent background.

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products, such as CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Experience in project management and/or a proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization.

• A strong record of high sales performance.

• Comprehensive understanding of success drivers within a commercial organization.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to forge partnerships and align training with business strategy.

• Skill in integrating business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that deliver a competitive edge.

• Preferred: Experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
