This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a detailed strategic partnership roadmap aimed at enhancing ShelterPoint’s national distribution presence.
• Recognize emerging distribution models, technological platforms, and market opportunities that facilitate long-term growth.
• Develop partnership frameworks that transform strategic alliances into sustainable premium-generating distribution channels.
• Forge executive-level connections with leaders in broker organizations, technology platforms, general agents, and carrier partners.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives that position ShelterPoint within the shifting digital benefits and employee benefits landscape.
• Formulate structured partnership strategies, including joint business plans, distribution commitments, and growth targets.
• Track partner performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance relationships and generate incremental revenue.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in employee benefits, group insurance, strategic partnerships, or distribution strategy.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships within the employee benefits or insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of broker distribution models, general agent networks, and benefits technology platforms.
• Proven track record in structuring partnership agreements and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across functions with sales, product, and technology teams.
• Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
