National Contact Center Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls concerning NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) orders, service inquiries, and product questions from patients, healthcare professionals, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians.

• Recording customer interactions and updating account details using internal systems and established protocols.

• Offering information about products, orders, and services based on approved workflows, processes, and training materials.

• Directing customer inquiries and service requests to the relevant internal departments when necessary.

• Supporting a 24/7 operational environment, which may include overtime as business needs arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer support, call center, healthcare support, or a related field within a private, public, government, or military setting.

• At least one (1) year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience managing inbound or outbound customer calls.

• One (1) year of experience documenting customer interactions within a CRM, ERP, or case management system.

• Capability to work scheduled shifts in a 24/7 operational setting, including mandatory overtime as required.

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (optional).

• Two (2) years of experience assisting patients, healthcare providers, or with medical-related products/services (optional).

• Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare contact center or medical device support environment (optional).

• Experience in order management, product inquiries, or service-related requests (optional).

• Experience in a remote work environment (optional).
