This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Comprehend the National Partner’s market entry strategies within each segment and formulate a strategic plan to surpass growth expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CrowdStrike marketing and enablement to develop and support initiatives for the alliances program.
• Utilize investment resources strategically to enhance ROI while achieving or exceeding partner-generated revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Assist in enhancing CrowdStrike’s brand presence among our National Partners at both the executive and seller levels.
• Work closely with CrowdStrike’s Americas sales leadership to ensure alignment with partner sales teams and overarching strategy.
• Employ data insights to propose targeted partner programs and initiatives that foster mutual success.
• Coordinate with CrowdStrike regional alliance managers and tech alliance managers to implement strategic plans within the territory.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• University or college degree.
• A proven history of success in surpassing revenue targets.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem-solving and generating innovative ideas and solutions.
• A proficient communicator and presenter with robust negotiation and conflict resolution skills, possessing strong interpersonal abilities to influence at senior levels.
• A motivated and self-driven individual with strong leadership capabilities, able to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience in the information security sector, coupled with strong technical knowledge across a wide range of security and networking technologies.
• Prior experience with Dell.
