This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Address customer inquiries regarding services, products, and issues.
• Appropriately assign service requests to designated branches.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, branches, partners, account managers, and sales teams to address concerns.
• Input and update new client setup information and account data changes in corporate database systems.
• Promptly process service requests utilizing the operational system.
• Operate across various queues, skill sets, and customer contact channels.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive client information, billing methods, pricing, and tax codes.
• Dispatch service protocols and specifications alongside service tickets.
• Assemble and distribute Service Program materials.
• Relay new site information to branches.
• Manage and communicate changes to customer accounts, including cancellations, frequency modifications, downgrades, and service skips.
• Escalate recurring or unsatisfactory service issues according to established procedures.
• Support in mentoring new team members.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Some college education is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• 3–5 years of data entry experience.
• At least 1 year in customer service, administrative, or operational positions.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency when addressing colleague and customer concerns.
• Intermediate-level organizational skills.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and intermediate knowledge of office applications.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn new software programs specific to the business unit as required.
• May require working over 40 hours per week.
• Schedule may involve off-hours or partial weekends.
