This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and manage extensive customer relationships at all levels, focusing on establishing connections at the appropriate hierarchy within the customer organization.
• Implement the strategic plan for the customer.
• Ensure the successful execution of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
• Maximize resource utilization to enhance profitability in operations.
• A minimum of 5+ years in a customer-facing account management position within the FMCG/CPG sector, with responsibilities encompassing HQ sales/JBP partnerships and a proven background in selling and negotiating; prior experience managing Amazon or a similar e-commerce client is advantageous.
• Strong financial insight: comprehension of profit and revenue drivers along with analytical capabilities.
• Experience in data analytics and insights: familiarity with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tools is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to build and sustain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders/cross-functional partners, earning trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and non-verbal) across all organizational levels.
