This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Monitor key performance indicators across designated national accounts and implement actions to enhance service, financial, and operational results.
• Supervise essential program activities including tracking, notice activity, billing and file exchanges, premiums, refunds, claims, and recovery performance.
• Identify risks associated with compliance, client experience, and program execution, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Ensure programs function within established KPIs, contractual expectations, and regulatory standards.
• Provide support to newly transitioned top-tier accounts during initial production to stabilize performance and maximize profitability.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations, service challenges, and performance gaps across assigned accounts.
• Evaluate root causes, formulate action plans, and spearhead remediation efforts to restore service levels and safeguard the client experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contracts, service level agreements, and program requirements to ensure all obligations are fulfilled.
• Lead regular client interactions, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews, equipped with clear agendas, follow-up actions, and documented outcomes.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate proactively regarding performance, risks, opportunities, and service improvements.
• Prepare and present polished client-facing presentations and business updates as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• 5–7 years of pertinent experience in account management, client service, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supporting or managing large, complex, or national accounts is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively solve problems, and drive results across cross-functional teams.
