This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Take ownership of the entire sales process, from qualification to closing, for high-value enterprise accounts across various sectors.
β’ Gain a thorough understanding of client challenges and align BCM Oneβs range of solutions to achieve their business objectives.
β’ Serve as a consultative partner by working closely with Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams to create and implement impactful technical solutions.
β’ Develop and enhance relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
β’ Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing solution-based sales strategies.
β’ Uphold the BCM One brand with credibility, integrity, and a relentless commitment to customer success.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in value-selling, particularly in B2B environments.
β’ Required experience with channels and a solid understanding of voice, data, UCaaS/CCaaS, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
β’ A proven history of consistently surpassing quota in a complex sales landscape.
β’ Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities; adept at simplifying intricate concepts.
β’ A solutions-oriented mindset; you excel in architecting solutions rather than merely selling products.
β’ Experience in selling to enterprise and mid-market clients across diverse industries.
