Narrative Writer, Story Teller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and structured video interviews with our partners and their clients to reveal their unique stories — including their background, motivations, and memorable qualities.

• Transform these interviews into a well-crafted, personalized story letter that reflects the individual's voice rather than adhering to a template.

• Create and enhance professional resumes based on insights gathered from the interviews.

• Review a continuous flow of documents daily, ensuring accuracy in grammar, clarity, spelling, and tone.

• Maintain consistency with each partner's brand voice across all materials.

• Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to adhere to schedules and project briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess the ability to write clear, engaging English and seamlessly switch tone from formal (resumes) to warm and personal (story letters) without losing coherence.

• Have substantial experience in narrative writing, copywriting, biography writing, or a related discipline.

• Be adept at facilitating conversations, knowing how to elicit valuable insights during video calls rather than simply conducting interrogations.

• Exhibit a keen eye for typos and inconsistencies that others might overlook.

• Manage your own time effectively and meet deadlines without requiring constant supervision.

• Have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for conducting video calls.
