Narrative Writer, Proofreader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and structured video interviews with our partners and their clients to reveal their unique stories — their backgrounds, motivations, and what makes them memorable.

• Transform those interviews into a refined, personalized story letter that reflects the individual's voice, rather than appearing as a generic template.

• Create and enhance professional resumes based on insights gathered from the interviews.

• Review a consistent flow of documents daily for grammar, clarity, spelling, and tone.

• Ensure every piece aligns with each partner's brand voice.

• Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to maintain schedules and adhere to project briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess the ability to write clear, engaging English and adeptly adjust tone from formal (resumes) to warm and personal (story letters) seamlessly.

• Have genuine experience in narrative writing, copywriting, biography writing, or a related field.

• Be capable of guiding a conversation rather than just conducting an interrogation — able to elicit valuable insights during video calls.

• Maintain a keen eye for typos and inconsistencies that others may overlook.

• Effectively manage your own time and meet deadlines independently.

• Have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for video calls.
