This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in federal civilian agencies, including leaders, administrators, and IT professionals.
β’ Comprehend the distinct needs and challenges faced by federal civilian agencies and create customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.
β’ Promote the adoption and use of Salesforce products and services within your designated accounts.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure the success of your accounts.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
β’ Monitor and report on essential account metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ Over 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the technology sector.
β’ Preference for experience in enterprise SaaS.
β’ Experience working with federal civilian agencies or within the public sector is highly sought after, particularly with NASA.
β’ A proven history of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
β’ Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
