N8N Automation Specialist, Entry Level, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and manage n8n workflows while overseeing monday.com, including its APIs

• Integrate OpenAI/AI agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online

• Utilize JavaScript and/or Python for development tasks

• Oversee databases and manage webhooks and authentication processes

• Conduct error logging, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues

• Supervise external developers and lead technology projects

• Document operational procedures, test workflows, and provide training for internal users

• Continuously refine workflows and enhance processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in working with APIs, webhooks, and database authentication

• Familiarity with JavaScript and/or Python

• Capability to manage error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Experience in supervising external developers and managing technology projects

• Background in continuous process improvement

• Skill in documenting procedures, testing workflows, and training internal staff

• Part-time availability from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation

• Functional webcam

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Primary internet service with a minimum 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps

• Understanding of n8n and monday.com
