Music Production Expert, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated songs based on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical features.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials for quality and precision.

• Collaborate with a leading AI lab to evaluate generative music AI models.

• Operate in both Russian and English while adhering to specific quality standards.

• Complete the application process and Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian.

• Offer services as an independent contractor.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Russian.

• Capability to follow detailed written instructions in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Availability of headphones or studio monitors that are suitable for critical listening.

• Formal education in music performance, theory, or composition is preferred.

• Experience with credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is advantageous.

• Familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists is a plus.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• Candidates must not hold an H1-B or STEM OPT visa.
