This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create high-quality digital and print marketing materials.
• Design social media graphics, digital advertising assets, website visuals, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
• Generate creative assets that ensure consistency across global markets.
• Update and modernize existing marketing materials while preserving brand integrity.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Edit promotional videos, customer success narratives, product demonstrations, and event recordings.
• Generate engaging short-form content for social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Optimize videos for various platforms and advertising formats.
• Enhance footage with professional editing techniques, including color correction, sound balancing, and transitions.
• Oversee projects from raw footage to final delivery.
• Create basic motion graphics and animations to boost engagement.
• Design animated social media assets and digital advertisements.
• Develop simple animated graphics that align with the company's contemporary visual style.
• Incorporate movement and visual effects where suitable to enhance the content.
• Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Suggest enhancements to current creative assets.
• Assist in evolving the company's visual identity as new global branding is rolled out.
• Stay informed about current design trends and propose fresh ideas to enhance engagement.
• Think creatively beyond the brief to provide solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the international marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Work together with stakeholders across various regions and time zones.
• Organize creative assets and maintain effective file management systems.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards prior to publication.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in multimedia design, digital design, or a creative marketing position.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• - Adobe Photoshop
• - Adobe Illustrator
• - Adobe InDesign
• - Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
• Comfortable working independently within a remote international team.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Background in motion graphics and animation.
• Experience collaborating with international brands.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Experience in photography or videography.
• Experience producing content for technology, agriculture, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
