Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Adhere to brand standards to create and uphold a unified visual identity across all platforms, such as websites, email communications, print materials, and sales presentations.

• Generate and design graphics for a variety of marketing initiatives, including in-app advertisements, emails, landing pages, sales presentations, and digital display ads.

• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure that objectives and deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Remain informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative standards and introduce innovative concepts.

• Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced within established timelines.

• Simplify complex concepts into clear, elegant visuals that tell a captivating story and strengthen our brand identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the technology or fintech sectors.

• Expertise in Figma, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.

• A robust portfolio that displays a variety of design projects, particularly focusing on digital campaign design.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred; however, exceptional portfolios and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential; candidates should be adept at utilizing AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.
