⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that impresses us. We seek proven outcomes—specifically, how your previous design work has led to improved conversion rates and opt-ins. In essence, we want to see how your design expertise has directly influenced sales. You should possess at least 2 years of experience. Your application will not be considered without a portfolio.

• Demonstrated ability in developing high-quality concepts and design solutions using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite) that effectively convey brand messaging and promote sales. Your portfolio should reflect a thorough understanding of compelling graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture.

• A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design discipline.

• Marketing-savvy: You have the ability to research, comprehend, and apply current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas to create content that drives sales.

• Data-driven: You grasp metrics and know how to utilize those insights to craft and refine content that yields measurable results.

• An extensive knowledge of design and development tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD. Bonus points for proficiency in Figma and advanced After Effects techniques.

• Experience in a digital marketing setting. If you think a ‘funnel’ is a dessert, this may not be the right role for you.

• E-commerce expertise: Have your designs significantly driven sales on platforms like Amazon? If so, we’re already impressed.
