Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out a steady flow of design assignments, which include branding materials, social media visuals, print designs, and floor plans.

• Modify and expand marketing materials in Figma, adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Oversee basic web design and presentation tasks to facilitate client launches.

• Quickly and accurately manage revisions, ensuring that feedback is incorporated with minimal back-and-forth communication.

• Keep highly organized file structures and workflows in Figma to promote seamless collaboration within the team.

• Engage in daily communication with leadership to monitor progress on deliverables and meet tight deadlines.

• Expertise in Figma: You should be highly skilled in the tool, from layout design to component management.

• Professional Graphic Design Background: A robust portfolio showcasing clean, on-brand work (preferably in a marketing or agency environment).

• Dependability & Consistency: We appreciate "low-drama" execution—meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work.

• Strong English Communication Skills: Capability to comprehend complex briefs and articulate design decisions clearly.

• Experience in Brand Strategy or the Real Estate sector.
