Multimedia and Event Production Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Edit and create video and multimedia content that aligns with the production standards set by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF).

• Assist in managing the YouTube channel, which includes uploading videos, reviewing and updating metadata, and organizing content archives systematically.

• Collaborate with the Senior Producer to plan and execute the audiovisual setup for digital events.

• Work in close coordination with other relevant teams involved in multimedia production or event execution to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery of production and event outputs.

• Stay updated on current video trends in social media, as well as advancements in multimedia technologies and associated AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in film production, broadcasting, communications, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, complemented by a portfolio that highlights recent or ongoing projects.

• Ownership of personal editing equipment, including a laptop or PC capable of supporting video editing tasks and contributing to online digital events.

• Strong proficiency and experience in video editing and basic motion graphics, with the capability to deliver high-quality results and complete projects within set deadlines.

• Proven creativity in developing and producing video content, with the ability to work independently in transforming a video concept into the desired final product.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with audiovisual setup for digital events, including Zoom and webinar systems, as well as social media livestreaming.

• Capability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual components during events.

• Effective communication skills in English to facilitate coordination with a global team.
