
Multilingual Customer Care Representative β German/French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Be available for our customers: You will consistently provide attentive support over the phone, assisting them with inquiries related to our charging stations or mobile app.
β’ Manage written inquiries: Alongside phone support, you will address written questions, proactively seek new solutions, and collaborate closely with the entire customer care team and other stakeholders at Qwello.
β’ Enhance and streamline internal processes: By engaging with customers, you will gain insights into their priorities and pinpoint recurring issues. You are encouraged to suggest improvements to existing processes.
β’ Motivate customers and colleagues: Through your friendly, service-oriented attitude, you will engage customers with our product and contribute positively to the team.
β’ Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a customer care representative.
β’ Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to and engage with various personality types.
β’ Proven problem-solving and investigative capabilities.
β’ Exceptional de-escalation skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
β’ Empathy and patience in assisting customers who may struggle with automated or technical processes.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure every customer feels acknowledged and supported.
β’ Native German speaker with proficiency in French; additional language skills are advantageous.
β’ Availability for on-call duty during weekends and public holidays.
β’ Familiarity with customer service platforms and tools is a plus.
β’ A proactive attitude, contributing to the team's mission to transition mobility from combustion to electric.
β’ Ability to self-organize in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a willingness to juggle multiple tasks and contexts.
