This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Manage cases independently from initial intake to final resolution.

• Create and implement legal strategies grounded in factual investigations and legal analysis.

• Maintain substantial communication with:

• Courts and administrative agencies.

• Clients and financial institutions.

• Opposing counsel.

• Prepare and review legal documents, such as:

• Pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.

• Agreements and security instruments.

• Attend hearings and trials as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.

• Active license to practice in two or more specified states.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

• Capability to work autonomously while collaborating efficiently with a remote team.

• High degree of organization, time management, and personal accountability.

• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Confidence to take ownership of outcomes from beginning to end.

• Willingness to travel for in-person hearings, firm training sessions, meetings, and other firm-sponsored events.

• Proficiency in Mac/Apple operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.

• Competence in timekeeping and case management software.

• Knowledge of legal research applications.
