Multi-Family Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the acquisition and finance teams by performing tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, conducting market research and analysis, due diligence, creating investment presentations, and organizing and managing the acquisition pipeline.

• Carry out effective and pertinent market research and analysis to be included in presentations that support real estate investment decisions.

• Develop high-quality slide decks.

• Aid in property-level due diligence, which includes lease review/abstraction, rent roll review, loan document analysis, and coordinating title, survey, and third-party reports.

• Conduct market-level due diligence, encompassing sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends.

• Organize and sustain the acquisitions pipeline.

• Provide administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting is advantageous.

• An MBA degree is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.

• Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and analyzing multifamily, apartments, and affordable housing real estate opportunities.

• Experience with quantitative evaluations and analysis using spreadsheets, including return on investment, cash flow, and net operating income.

• Advanced Excel modeling skills are essential.

• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.

• A strong desire to succeed and the capability to work effectively with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.

• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work for both internal and external distribution within tight deadlines and with minimal oversight.
