This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with the client’s SOW business owner community.
• Serve as a sourcing agent, mediator, negotiator, and author of SOWs on behalf of client SOW business owners.
• Assist in competitive bidding processes, RFPs, and negotiation events.
• Manage procurement requisitions through a Vendor Management System and associated procurement technologies.
• Acquire knowledge about SOW services suppliers to enhance sourcing recommendations.
• Evaluate cost savings alongside quality or efficiency data to optimize operational processes.
• Review SOW agreement terms for quality, compliance, adherence, and alignment with client contractual obligations.
• Deliver SOP training and updates to suppliers and client SOW business owners.
• Relay procedural changes and updates to suppliers and client users.
• Ensure suppliers handle employee onboarding, relations, and offboarding processes.
• Provide standard program reporting and assist with ad hoc report requests.
• Maintain proactive engagement with SOW business owners through phone and in-person interactions.
• Support financial objectives, compliance, and adherence to Randstad policies and procedures.
• Contribute to special projects and undertake other assigned tasks.
• University/Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional and intellectual capabilities.
• Proven procurement/commercial experience with a career history marked by customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong working relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both individual and group presentation contexts.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Capability to represent the organization in a professional and effective manner.
• Skill in working accurately in a detailed environment while managing, prioritizing, and organizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to independently manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, adhere to processes, and create project roadmaps.
• Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external clients.
• Ability to influence individuals at various organizational levels and client representatives.
• Competency in negotiating pricing and delivery terms with service supplier firms.
• Understanding of purchasing, procurement, and client negotiation best practices.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, purchase orders, and Vendor Management Systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Affinity for diverse HR, staffing, and talent models.
• Digital proficiency with Google or Microsoft platforms, including Sheets, Excel, and Slides.
• Availability to work during a client-designated timezone.
• May involve managing other team members or taking on a leadership role.
