MSL Director, Specialty – Hepatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Guide the performance of the MSL team by establishing business objectives and setting priorities.

• Organize and prioritize MSL resources and initiatives to provide value externally with key opinion leaders.

• Ensure that relevant consolidated medical insights are effectively communicated across the organization.

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to guarantee optimal alignment between the Sales and MSL teams.

• Successfully recruit talent for the MSL team and support comprehensive onboarding for all new hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• An accredited doctorate degree in a life-science or basic-science field (Pharm.D., D.Sc., D.N.P., Ph.D., or M.D./D.O.).

• A minimum of six years of experience within a MSL organization.

• At least two years of experience in the field of Hepatology.
