📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes to attract, assess, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

• Actively reach out to and recruit potential therapists to build relationships, comprehend their needs, and evaluate them for job openings.

• Inform prospective therapists about the personal and professional advantages of a travel healthcare career.

• Generate leads through diverse recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
