This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate occupational therapy sessions and assessments for a varied pediatric demographic.
• Assess and formulate care plans that cater to developmental requirements, such as fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Educate and empower caregivers with adaptive techniques, home programming, and the utilization of therapeutic tools to enhance carryover and achieve lasting results.
• Track progress, modify interventions, and guarantee safe, effective care within the home setting.
• Complete all documentation in alignment with Expressable’s standards for quality and timeliness.
• Meet all necessary training, licensing/credentialing obligations, and internal communication requirements promptly.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence.
• Capability to secure licensure in the states where Expressable is recruiting.
• Stable internet connection and suitable private workspace.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with pediatrics, including evaluations and interventions in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs).
• Proficient in technology and adept at independently adapting to new digital tools.
• Experience working with insurance-based populations, including Medicaid.
