This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and supervise a team of ROI specialists across various accounts.
• Allocate daily tasks to the MRT Team.
• Provide immediate and constructive feedback on company standards, policies, and account procedures.
• Document and escalate ongoing performance issues to the Manager.
• Monitor and manage remote access for MRT staff.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new MRT access for clients.
• Efficiently handle medical ROI requests.
• Extract and format report data for MRT processing and ensure appropriate system access.
• Load MRT inventory into software to commence bot processing.
• Track and oversee bot tasks, delivering finalized lists upon completion.
• Update team trackers and Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report MRT processing issues.
• Analyze inventory data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with access request procedures.
• Maintain workflow documentation.
• Support the training of new hires and participate in required training sessions.
• Collaborate with clients, Verisma management, associates, and the MRT Team.
• Perform additional related duties and uphold Verisma Core Values.
• Execute supervisory responsibilities 60% of the time and manage records 40% of the time.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Some college coursework is preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in medical records management, ideally in a healthcare environment.
• Capability to comprehend and comply with HIPAA and state regulations for the release of Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including documentation, formulas, and reporting.
• Technical aptitude in navigating various systems and workflows.
• Strong data-entry abilities and meticulous attention to detail for speed and precision in medical record processing.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions across teams.
