MRI Clinical Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical and operational knowledge by delivering exceptional education and training that supports the MRI modality.

• Organize, schedule, and conduct objective-driven MR training and educational support for customers.

• Collaborate with the commercial team within the designated market to enhance sales growth and improve IB health.

• Facilitate revenue generation through the execution of on-site or remote clinical education initiatives.

• Ensure the thorough, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements throughout the training process.

• Offer continuous post-installation training and support as necessary for the product's lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement and communicate all pertinent product and/or customer issues or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of technical/clinical industry experience with GEHC MR systems.

• ARRT or equivalent certification in a specific MRI modality.

• Comfortable working in a clinical/patient setting.

• Proficient in using software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Capability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.

• Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services required by various customer hospitals.

• Willingness to travel extensively, 80+% (4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends).
