Motion Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop emotionally captivating, high-impact video advertisements that enhance our marketing narrative.

• Directly affect crucial performance indicators such as retention, CTR, CPA, and overall creative success.

• Spearhead the production of high-performing motion content that fosters measurable growth across primary paid channels.

• Experiment, refine, and advance Promova's creative capabilities from production to AI-driven innovation.

• Create video advertisements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition platforms.

• Collaborate with the performance team on creative testing—translating performance insights into design iterations.

• Generate new creative ideas and scale successful concepts into actionable, testable hypotheses.

• Investigate and implement AI tools to enhance team workflows (AI animation, video generation, automation).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in motion design.

• Proven experience in crafting performance marketing creatives (paid advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and others).

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.

• Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma.

• Proficient in using GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools confidently.
