Motion Designer – DaVinci Resolve, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• As the primary motion specialist, you will serve as the creative and technical link to the Elbdudler team. You will take full ownership of your projects, overseeing them from concept through to delivery.

• Manage Post-Production: You will autonomously handle the complete video post-production process, with a strong emphasis on DaVinci Resolve. This involves editing, high-quality color grading, sound design (Fairlight), and mastering.

• Bring Ideas to Life: You will animate 2D/2.5D graphics and typography that are sharp, clever, and perfectly aligned with our brand. (Experience with Resolve's Fusion page is a significant advantage).

• Collaborate (in German): You will engage daily with the Hamburg team, taking briefs, challenging ideas, grasping creative nuances, and presenting your work entirely in German.

• Master Social-First: You will create fast-paced, "snackable" content that captures attention. You have an innate understanding of the formats, rhythm, and technical specifications for TikTok, Reels, and Stories im Schlaf (in your sleep).

⛳️ Requirements

• A DaVinci Resolve Expert: You possess proven, expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (Edit, Color, Fairlight). Your portfolio reflects your craft and technical expertise.

• Fluent German Speaker (C1/C2): You are fully fluent in German, capable of debating creative concepts, comprehending subtle feedback, and articulating complex ideas with clarity.

• An Impressive Portfolio: You have a reel that showcases your talent in motion design, editing, and color grading. (A link is necessary to apply).

• Agency Experience: You have 2-3+ years of experience in a dynamic agency setting. You are adept at managing tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and intricate feedback.

• Social Native: You have an intrinsic understanding of what resonates on digital channels and how to create content for them.

• A "No Bullshit" Attitude: You exude confidence tempered with humility. You are a true team player who takes accountability, communicates proactively, and continually seeks solutions when challenges arise.

• Detail-Oriented: You are structured, organized, and possess a keen eye for design, typography, and rhythm.
