Motion Designer, DaVinci Resolve – German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• As the primary motion specialist, you will serve as the creative and technical link within the Elbdudler team.

• You will be fully responsible for your projects, overseeing everything from concept development to delivery.

• Manage Post-Production: You will autonomously handle the entire video post-production process, primarily using DaVinci Resolve. This encompasses editing, advanced color grading, sound design (Fairlight), and mastering.

• Bring Concepts to Life: You will animate 2D/2.5D graphics and typography that are sharp, clever, and fully aligned with our brand identity. (Experience with Resolve's Fusion page is a significant advantage).

• Collaborate (in German): You will engage in daily, direct communication with the Hamburg team. You will take briefs, challenge ideas, grasp creative nuances, and present your work entirely in German.

• Master Social-First Content: You will create fast-paced, engaging content that captures attention. You are well-versed in the formats, pacing, and technical specifications for TikTok, Reels, and Stories as if by instinct.

⛳️ Requirements

• DaVinci Resolve Expert: You possess proven, expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (Editing, Color, Fairlight). Your portfolio showcases your craftsmanship and technical abilities.

• Fluent in German (C1/C2): You are fully fluent in German, capable of discussing creative concepts, interpreting subtle feedback, and conveying complex ideas clearly.

• Strong Portfolio: You have a reel that demonstrates your skills in motion design, editing, and color grading. (A link to your portfolio is required to apply).

• Agency Experience: You bring 2-3+ years of experience from a fast-paced agency setting, adept at managing tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and intricate feedback.

• Digital Native: You have an intrinsic understanding of what resonates on digital platforms and how to create effective content.

• "No Nonsense" Attitude: You are confident yet humble, a team player who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and is always seeking solutions when challenges arise.

• Detail-Oriented: You are structured, organized, and possess a keen eye for design, typography, and rhythm.
