This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of producing high-impact video creatives across user acquisition, social media, and digital platforms, enhancing engagement, conversion rates, and player acquisition on a large scale.
• Convert gameplay features, player motivations, and creative strategies into engaging motion concepts that resonate with target demographics.
• Create scalable motion templates and workflows to facilitate efficient production and rapid iteration throughout campaigns.
• Foster a culture of experimentation by investigating new formats, styles, and creative avenues, promoting ongoing testing and optimization.
• Utilize performance data and insights to refine creative strategies, enhancing results in key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and retention rates.
• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Creative Strategists, Product Marketing, and Game Teams to ensure alignment between creative outputs and overarching growth strategies.
• Implement AI-driven tools into daily workflows, expediting ideation, production, localization, and iteration while enhancing overall team efficiency.
• Keep up with emerging trends, formats, and technologies in motion design and performance marketing, continuously advancing our creative strategies.
• Extensive experience in motion design, animation, or performance creative roles, preferably within the gaming, mobile, or entertainment sectors.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is an asset.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles with experience in creating assets for user acquisition or paid media campaigns.
• Capability to translate creative strategies and insights into captivating, high-performing video content.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools and workflows, with a keen interest in ongoing evolution in this area.
• Strong storytelling, composition, and pacing skills, particularly for short-form video formats.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and product teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and iterations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to creative decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
