Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with designers, writers, creative leads, and account teams to produce impactful motion and video assets.

• Transform static designs, scripts, and concepts into polished, purposeful motion graphics using After Effects.

• Animate typography, icons, brand elements, UI flows, and short-form explanatory videos.

• Develop storyboards, style frames, animatics, and motion variations for use across multiple markets.

• Edit videos in Premiere Pro, including interviews, testimonials, b-roll sequences, social media cutdowns, and product clips.

• Ensure that pacing, rhythm, typography, and transitions are refined and align with brand standards.

• Prepare assets for various formats and platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, web, social).

• Maintain organized file structures, proper versioning, and a tidy project organization.

• Collaborate with various internal teams and project managers, effectively managing your workload across different brands and timelines while upholding quality.

• Offer creative input and challenge briefs when a more effective motion approach is available.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional experience as a motion designer.

• Experience in an agency or comparable fast-paced creative setting.

• A portfolio showcasing strong 2D motion work—animation, timing, typography—and proficient video editing skills.

• Familiarity with structured brand systems, preferably for global clients.
