This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with financial advisors and their clients to uncover mortgage opportunities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and follow-ups to assess client needs and propose suitable mortgage solutions.
• Promote the complete range of Manulife Bank’s mortgage products, which include purchases, refinances, switches, and specialized needs.
• Accurately and promptly log all client and advisor activities into Sales Force.
• Manage and track your business pipeline, including application status, funding timelines, and follow-up tasks.
• Monitor activity metrics (face-to-face meetings, total interactions) to ensure alignment with performance objectives.
• Utilize segmentation tools to prioritize outreach to advisors and territory planning by collaborating with BDM and IBDM in your area.
• Ensure adherence to data entry standards to enhance reporting, visibility, and strategic decision-making.
• Meet monthly and annual targets regarding mortgage volume and units.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Work alongside BDMs and other internal partners to promote joint initiatives and strengthen advisor relationships.
• Uphold a high level of compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Deliver outstanding service and support throughout the mortgage process to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Proactively address advisor and client feedback, escalating service issues as necessary.
• Attend and contribute to regional and national events, such as advisor training sessions, roadshows, and industry conferences when appropriate.
• Represent Manulife Bank with professionalism and enthusiasm, championing our brand and values.
• Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or advisory roles.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage products, underwriting, and lending practices.
• Proficiency in Sales Force, along with overall comfort in digital programs or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to team initiatives and foster a One Team culture.
