This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant for purchase borrowers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance to assist them in assessing AmeriSave’s options during the home loan selection process.

• Comprehend borrower requirements and suggest the best loan products and pricing alternatives tailored to their financial needs, objectives, and qualifications.

• Foster a long-term relationship by providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company loan products, pricing models, and regulations across multiple states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in mortgage loan origination is essential; experience in a call center setting is preferred.

• Experience in purchase transactions is a must.

• A substantial licensing footprint is required.

• Must fulfill all requirements set by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

• Familiarity with mortgage regulatory guidelines is necessary.

• Strong skills in negotiation are essential.

• Ability to quickly connect and build excellent rapport with individuals.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
