• Must reside in the U.S.; preference for candidates in the Houston area.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health License or a willingness to obtain it promptly.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• Must have a focused, distraction-free workspace.

• Self-motivated, driven, coachable, and consistent in performance.
