Mortgage Production Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Extend a warm greeting to Realtors and Clients.

• Oversee and manage workflow to guarantee prompt closings.

• Keep abreast of product knowledge and stay informed about changes in market conditions.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations concerning mortgage lending.

• Communicate effectively with borrowers, processors, operations personnel, title companies, Realtors, etc., to accelerate the mortgage process.

• Request and follow up on necessary documentation from our clients.

• Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department with meticulous attention to detail.

• Conduct basic income calculations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Achieve targets regarding timeframes – we ensure our clients close on time.

• Operate within a database.

• Organize and arrange lunch-ins, meetings, etc.

• Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills.

• Technologically adept with a quick aptitude for new systems.

• Familiarity with DU is an advantage.

• Capability to follow up with numerous prospects daily.

• Required strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience with CRM/Salesforce and database management is a plus.

• Maintain a professional demeanor.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• NMLS license preferred.
