Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Monitor Lead Notes received from the Loan Officer (LO).

• Supervise incoming “App Submitted” emails and establish the Encompass files to correspond with LO Lead Notes.

• Conduct a “File Set-up” review upon receiving the Application and Documents from the client. This includes ordering credit, organizing documents in Encompass, and rectifying any obvious errors on the client application, among other tasks.

• Capable of calculating income for Wage Earners and Self-Employed borrowers.

• Execute DU/LP and request appraisals as necessary (if no PIW/ACE is available).

• Provide a list of client requirements after the initial file review.

• Issue a list of client requirements following the Preapproval team's review.

• Gather accurate Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents as requested by the Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) or Processor.

• Verify that EOI and other documents are accurate at the time of funding to prevent delays.

• Maintain a comprehensive tracker for all files assigned, including outstanding items for each file, ensuring that no file is overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the mortgage industry is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Encompass is advantageous.

• Must possess experience with placing orders and contacting third parties.

• Comfortable with using office applications.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• A positive personality is important.

• Experience in finance and accounting is a plus.
