Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the loan process from initiation to closure with precision and efficiency to support a high-volume pipeline.

• Provide an outstanding experience for borrowers while ensuring all parties are coordinated for timely settlements.

• Manage the loan process from initiation to closure in a structured and punctual manner.

• Aid in resolving post-closing issues.

• Organize mortgage settlements with borrowers, legal teams, and title companies.

• Verify document checklists to ensure thoroughness and correctness.

• Examine title, legal, and settlement documentation.

• Cultivate relationships with borrowers and offer exceptional customer service.

• Communicate effectively with all transaction stakeholders.

• Maintain a personal pipeline of loans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in title and/or mortgage sectors.

• Extensive experience in reviewing title documents.

• Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Proficient in Outlook and Adobe products.

• Strong background in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in lending to LLCs is advantageous.

• Must possess exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.

• Knowledge of real estate is a plus.

• A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude are essential.
