Mortgage Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans monthly, including both refinances and home equity loans.

• Review loan application packages to ensure completeness and accuracy, reconciling applications with system inputs.

• Gather necessary documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions.

• Maintain prompt and professional communication with customers, loan officers, and underwriters.

• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities as part of the loan process.

• Utilize AUSSIE and adhere to company procedures.

• Build lasting relationships through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in mortgage lending.

• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a highly fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• High-speed internet is required for remote work, specifically Cable or Fiber ONLY, with the capacity to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
