Mortgage Loan Originator, Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate borrower financials, credit histories, and property information to create successful loan structures.

• Assist clients in understanding loan alternatives, terms, and strategic options.

• Develop and sustain your own network of referrals including Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and more.

• Drive business growth through prospecting, meetings, and in-person relationship development.

• Oversee the loan process from application to closing with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for borrowers.

• Ensure compliance, maintain licensing, and uphold accuracy in documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Loan Originator.

• Current (or the ability to obtain) an NMLS license in accordance with the SAFE Act; multi-state licensing may be required.

• Demonstrated capability to independently generate business.

• Solid understanding of mortgages and skills in deal structuring.

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
