Mortgage Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls to discuss various loan options, prequalification criteria, and the subsequent steps.

• Clearly communicate the status of loans to clients and gather any necessary documentation.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to both potential and existing customers to generate new business and enhance retention.

• Oversee and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to achieve conversion targets and cycle time objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales with a proven history of performance and client trust.

• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with practical experience in a diverse range of loan products.

• Comprehensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products, along with their unique advantages for clients.

• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations, such as fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA, and a dedication to ethical practices.

• Exceptional phone sales abilities with the capacity to connect, empathize, and confidently guide clients through the loan process.

• Capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations.

• A natural relationship-builder who can collaborate across teams and cultivate trust with both internal partners and external clients.
