⛳️ Requirements

• An active and approved STATE NMLS license is mandatory.

• A meticulous approach combined with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The commitment to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing required annual continuing education.

• A solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficiency in using technical systems and applications, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters relevant to the mortgage sector.

• The capability and enthusiasm to maintain and grow a network of prospects, clients, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a valuable advantage (A PLUS!).
