This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Join our team as experienced, ethical, and passionate Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs).

• Successfully manage a robust pipeline while efficiently gathering necessary documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging clients and presenting suitable mortgage products.

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets, contributing to the broader team mission.

• Proactively develop and enhance a professional network to generate business independently and secure future success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A current, approved STATE NMLS license is essential.

• A detail-oriented mindset combined with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The commitment to uphold all mortgage licenses by fulfilling required annual continuing education.

• A strong working knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficiency in using technical systems and software, including Encompass.

• Up-to-date understanding of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters pertinent to the mortgage sector.

• The capability and enthusiasm to cultivate and expand a network of prospects, clients, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
